Chlorella Powder- B12 (Energy, Health Food Store) 2 cups of Frozen Fruits and Vegetables (Dollar Tree) ———All below Sold for less at Aldi and Walmart———- 1 tbsp. Coconut oil-eats fat cells 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds-Omega 3, antioxidants, fiber, calcium 1 tbsp. Ground Flax Seed-Omega 3 and B1

Drink half and save other half! Mix any combination of 2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of vegetables you like. EXCELLENT energy: Frozen spinach with a bit of parsley
