These Do

  • Don’t believe the lie that you are hungry when you know you just ate, be honest with yourself.

  • Don’t eat look-a-likes, eat fruits and vegetables, they have only one ingredient and are healthy.

  • Don’t sabotage yourself, ask “Do I want to lose weight more than I want to eat this?”

  • Don’t let others sway you, be true to yourself and your set goals.

  • Don’t think thin, instead think happy, healthy and wealthy.

  • Don’t keep time with eating buddies, as they’ll tempt you every time.

  • Don’t beat up on yourself, always realize that you are doing your best.

  • Don’t weigh in every day, measure yourself as we often lose inches first.

  • Don’t give in when tempted, have a plan to journal, pray or call a friend.

  • Don’t try to do too much at once, drinking a full glass of water before meals is a great start.

  • Don’t set yourself up for failure, plan your meals and ,write down your choices for greater success.

  • Don’t forget to brush your teeth after eating, and you’ll be less likely to nibble.

  • Don’t bake unless you have gum in your mouth, better yet don’t bake.

  • Don’t go grocery shopping when hungry, eat first and talk to a friend as you walk through the store.

  • Doesn’t stress, the hormone cortisol is released and causes weight gain, take six deep breaths instead.

  • Don’t eat quickly, and it takes 20 minutes for your brain to register that you are full.

  • Don’t get lacks, say “I am healthy, happy & wealthy!” your subconscious believes everything to be true.

  • Don’t go to a party with a poor memory, remind yourself how you felt last time you overindulged.

  • Don’t be restaurant weary, get something grilled with veggies and ask for a to-go container and box half.

  • Don’t use a large plate, a small meal every three hours balances blood sugar and shrinks your stomach.

  • Don’t give up, quitters never win and winners like you, never quit!
